The ProTag Logo Utility is a Windows based software program that allows users to quickly and easily change the logo file installed in the ProTag Printer via a PC or laptop.This provides ProTag Printer users with a unique opportunity to customise test tags on-site. Now you can have a library of logos that allow you to customise each job with its own test tag.

Customising the logo space on the tag allows you to incorporate information that describes the owner of the asset, the testing service provider or both the asset owner and the service provider. This gives ProTag users an enormous opportunity to personalise their testing and tagging services for their clients.

This creates another opportunity to differentiate your testing and tagging services from other providers with value added for the client beyond “price per tag”.

Using the ProTag Logo Utility is quick and easy with a very simple user interface. Simply click on the logo you require, check that its correct using the preview screen, and press the “Save Logo to Printer” button to load it to the printer.

The ProTag "New To Service" (NTS) Software Utility allows ProTag Printer users to simply and quickly print customised "New To Service" tags from a laptop or personal computer connected to the ProTag Printer. 

NTS tags are simply the best way to confirm the status of new appliances or leads at a site as "newly" installed. The benefit of asset owners attaching an NTS tag to new items at the time of introduction are:
* Users can be assured that the “new” status of a installed item is guaranteed and cannot be confused with an untagged item.
* The individual responsible for testing and tagging items at the site would be certain that the item is new to service and was not omitted from a previous round of tests.
* The individual responsible for testing and tagging items has all newly introduced items conveniently tagged with an appliance number and appliance number bar code which speeds up the test procedure.

NTS tags are customised with the service provider's name and phone number. This is an ideal way to either promote the service or highlight the individual responsible for testing and tagging items.
NTS tags can be printed in advance, e.g. a roll of 100 tags and supplied to the individual responsible for appliances and leads at a site. NTS tag users should be instructed to tag all new items at time of introduction at that site. 

You can even use colour coding for NTS tags for easy identification and to ensure that they are not confused with appliance test tags, e.g. use orange for NTS tags if orange is not used for AS3760 tag colour coding at the site

The ProTag "Logo Suite" software combines the features of PRO-LOGO and PRO-NTS, as well as allowing users to load multiple logos in the ProTag Printer and assigning a User Name to each logo.

When the User Name is set in the Supernova-XE or Europa-Plus tester, the ProTag Printer then outputs the logo assigned to that User Name. This allows users to preset the ProTag Printer with a number of logos and work independently of a laptop or computer on-site.

Time Manager is an independent software utility that allows users to analyse test results by providing a crosstabulation of users by test times and is valuable both in terms of personnel management and job management. For example, if charging by the hour it allows management to analyse productivity in various environments or analyse productivity across various operators.

Testing data is downloaded from the Supernova-XE or Europa-Plus tester in SSS format and Time Manager provides information in a tabulated, bar graph display and spreadsheet format. Free demonstration CD available.

This zip file is to be used with PATGuard Plus Version 4.5. It provides users with the capability of printing comprehensive barcode reports covering asset descriptions and asset manufacturers.

This allows users to further increase the speed of building information rich asset registers for clients as part of the testing and tagging process by scanning information into the comments field of the Supernova XE, Europa XE and Europa Plus series testers.
