Ordering & User Training
While
an on-site demonstration of the ProTag System is certain to assist you in
deciding which configuration of the ProTag System will best suit your
requirements, it is also important to consider issues such as test tag
graphics, portability options and software utilities that will ensure that you
get the maximum productivity out of your ProTag System.
In deciding which ProTag System best suits your requirements, consider:
ProTag
Optima System
* The ProTag Optima System is Australia's most compact testing and
tagging solution. If you are testing construction sites, factories and
workshops where mobility is of particular importance, then you can't go
past the ProTag Optima System, weighing in at only around 2kg. Also, the
combination of battery power (excluding leakage current tests on the
PrimeTest 300) and wireless Bluetooth communications also guarantee
complete mobility and flexibility. The PrimeTest 300 is also ideal for
recording risk assessments and visual inspections, elminating the need
for a PDA or laptop. Users can even define their own visual inspection
routines and enter actual test results via the library of
engineering units, whether pressure, microwave leakage or lux, the PT300
can help you manage all of your OHS and quality inspection
procedures.

carrying out millions of tests and on-site printed tags around Australia and New
Zealand every year. Based on the Supernova-XE tester. if you require high throughput rates, professional
service and maximum performance, then you would be confident in joining
the thousands of users in the ultimate solution available. When
ordering, you should advise what logo artwork you require on your test
tags. Consider

ProTag Plus System
* The ProTag Plus is ideal for testing and tagging applications where
maximum portability is the key consideration. Inspired by feedback from industrial
trade show visitors and the requirements of users in mining, primary
processing and manufacturing, the ProTag Plus offers the unique benefits
of the Europa Plus tester's full keyboard for professional asset
management as well as the portability of a small footprint tester. When ordering, you should advise what logo
artwork you require on your test tags. Consider also the Pro-Plus case

ProTag
Lite System
* The ProTag Lite is ideal for in-house testing, tagging and record
keeping requirements. As our lowest cost logging tester solution, it
offers the most economical stand-alone logging tester available in
Australia with the Europa XE tester and the PATSLite electronic log book
software. Also, you can start with the Europa XE only and build up to
the bar code scanner and ProTag Lite printer as budget allows or
purchase as a complete package. For system orders including the the
ProTag Lite printer, you will need to advise what logo artwork you
require on your test tags or order with the generic logo artwork.

Logo Customisation
When ordering a ProTag System and advising test tag logo artwork, you
should email support@emona.com.au
attaching a high resolution graphic and advising any other text you
require, e.g phone number or mobile number. Attached logo files should
be provided as a high resolution graphic file, either TIFF or JPEG at
200dpi or more. Website GIFs are not suitable as the resolution is
typically only 72dpi.
User Training

Emona appreciates that your investment in a ProTag System will require
initial user training as well as on-going training and support for the
life of the product. Each system sold is supported with 2-3 hours user
training included in the purchase price.
Sydney and Melbourne users have
a schedule of ProTag System Training Workshops held monthly. Other capital cities training schedules are
held subject to demand. Our regular training programs are especially
useful for top-up training of existing users or new user training as
staff changes occur.
Sydney 2007 Training Schedule
Training is scheduled for the first Monday of every month at the Rydges
Hotel Camperdown. Contact Emona's Sydney office for more information
Melbourne 2007 User Training Schedule
Training is scheduled for the second Monday of every month at Emona's office in
Camberwell or if the number of attendees requires, at the Waverley
International Hotel. Training at Emona's office is free of charge.
